How we use your details

When you choose to subscribe to Pockkit email updates, we collect your email address, your name (if provided), and any optional answers you share about your business needs.

Why we collect this information

With your consent, Pockkit will send launch updates, helpful small-business tips, service news and occasional offers. We also use optional answers to learn what support small businesses are looking for.

Your choice and consent

Signing up is optional. You must actively check the email consent box and explicitly confirm using the link emailed to you before subscribing. You can withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in our marketing emails or by writing to hello@pockkit.ca. You can also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable retention and legal obligations.

Where your information goes

Pockkit uses Cloudflare to host its website and store signup records. We use Resend to manage email contacts and deliver newsletters and launch announcements. Cloudflare Turnstile also checks form submissions to reduce abuse. We temporarily retain a keyed hash of a network address for request limiting, rather than the raw address. These providers may process information outside Canada, according to their respective service arrangements and privacy terms.

Recordkeeping

We retain information about when you subscribed and the consent wording shown at signup. If you unsubscribe, we may keep a limited suppression record so we don't email you again without fresh permission.

Sharing

We do not sell your contact information. We share the information needed for these purposes with service providers acting for Pockkit, and when legally required.
